AlloGo (“we”, “our”, “the app”) provides delivery and ride services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and your choices. By using AlloGo you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
- Account: phone number, name, and profile details you provide.
- Orders: addresses, order history, messages with drivers or support.
- Location: when you place or track an active order, to match a nearby driver and show delivery progress.
- Device: push notification tokens and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use data
- Operate bookings, payments (where applicable), and customer support.
- Improve safety, fraud prevention, and service quality.
- Send service-related notifications (order status, account security).
Sharing
We share the minimum data required with the driver assigned to your order and with infrastructure providers that help us run the app (for example Google Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and messaging). We do not sell your personal data.
Retention & security
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures through our cloud providers; no method is 100% secure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support@allogo.app. You can stop using the app and request account deletion through support.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Localisation : votre position sert à trouver un chauffeur proche et suivre la livraison active.
