These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AlloGo mobile and web application (“Service”). By creating an account or using AlloGo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of the Service
Use AlloGo in compliance with applicable laws. You must provide accurate order and contact information and communicate respectfully with drivers, merchants, and support staff.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.
3. Orders, pricing & payments
Prices, fees, and payment methods are shown before you confirm an order. Completed orders are subject to our cancellation and refund rules communicated in the app or by support.
4. Drivers & third parties
Independent drivers and partners fulfil deliveries. AlloGo facilitates the platform but is not responsible for acts outside our reasonable control. Report issues through in-app support.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum amount allowed in your jurisdiction for consumer services of this type.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
